- Sd.Kfz 250/3 Greif. Equipedwith powerful radio station and long range antenna (used by Rommel in Africa campaing).
- Sd.Kfz 250/9. Equiped with a 20 mm gun in a 360 turret.
- Sd.Kfz 250/10. Equiped with a pak 36 light gun.
- Sd.Kfz 252. A bodywork modification of original Sd.Kfz 250 for armoured ammunition transport.
