HomeBrewParts Flak and Nebelwerfer Ammo and Crates

HomeBrewParts has added again new 3D designs to the website, with different Flak and Nebelwerfer Ammo and Crates. As before, these are design files to be printed on your own.

FLAK 43 MAGAZINES, AMMUNITION AND AMMUNITION BOXES

1/35 scale ammunition for Flak 43 kits.
Includes:
Ammunition boxes (2 types), closed and open
Loading frames for Flak 43
Ammunition (2 types of shells plus spent cartridges)

Loading frames are available as empty, filled with ammunition, or without ammunition, but with springs open. This allows you to paint ammunition separately, and then assemble loading frame.
Open ammunition box has separate lid, plus, loading frames with ammo do fit inside the box! So you can paint everything separately, and assemble open box for best realism.

Parts were made using measurements of actual parts, kindly provided by Eric George.

FLAK 36 MAGAZINES, AMMUNITION AND AMMUNITION BOXES

1/35 scale ammunition for Flak 36/37 kits.
Includes:
Ammunition boxes (2 types, different clasps), closed and open
Loading frames for 36
Ammunition (2 types of shells plus spent cartridges)

Loading frames are available as empty or filled with ammunition.
Open ammunition box has separate lid. To fit loading frames with ammo inside the box you might need to trim small "ears" from loading frames. Otherwise, they fit OK without much trouble. So you can paint everything separately, and assemble open box for best realism.

15CM AND 21CM NEBELWERFER ROCKETS AND CONTAINERS

1/35 scale ammunition for 15 and 21 cm Nebelwerfers. Rocket assemblies are made of 2 parts, this ensures easy supporting, plus very good definition of nozzles. 15cm version has 2 different tail sections, for HE and smoke round. Open and closed transport canisters are included.

28-30-32CM NEBELWERFER ROCKETS AND TRANSPORT CONTAINERS

1/35 scale 28, 30 and 32cm Nebelwerfer rockets. Wooden and steel transport crates for each rocket type.

In order to preserve details, rockets are split into 2 parts: motor, and head. This way, parts can be printed without supports on visible faces, plus, preserving rocket nozzle details. Detonators are separate parts, as those should be only fitted before firing. Parts are designed hollow, so helps to save resin.

Wooden containers have separate lifting handles, so those can be positioned as stowed/deployed. For 28cm frame in transport configuration, install rocket inside frame (without detonator), slide in "28 transport crate p1" into cutout on the crate, and lock it in place with wedge "32 transport crate p2". Lifting handles are same for all wooden crate types (mirror handle for left/right version).

Steel frames for each rocket are in two types. With handles positioned in stowed position, and with separate handles, for custom positioning.
