The key to assembly without glue is the design of the pin. Thanks to the precision of 3D printing, we designed a slide-out prevention design (red circle) similar to the expansion bolt at the end of the pin. Once the pin is in place, there is no need to worry about the pin falling out. The accuracy of our tracks cannot be achieved by injection kits.
The material of the pin is very flexible and can becut directly from the runner by hand or cut with nippers.
Thanks to the material developed by Heavy Hobby the tracks remain workable and are not brittle.
Here is a test of the tracks using the sprocket wheels of several brands, showing that they can replace the original tracks without problem.
