This is a set of Middle East military man which has five types of figures of men in a relaxed stance, holding their weapons. They have a mix of civil and military clothes.
The set comes in a hard cardboard box with flip open top, adequately protecting the contents.
Inside, each two sprues of figures (a set of five) are on a zip bag, plus one more bag with five sprues of weapons
There are no separated instructions, but the back of the box lists the parts for each figure and has the painting instructions, with references for RAL, Tamiya, Mr. Hobby and Vallejo. It even includes shades for highlights and shadows of the main colours.
The set has a total of 25 figures, five of each model, and five sprues of weapons with six on each one. These are three RPG's, one AK-47 and two rifles I can not identify.
Three of the figures just need to add one arm, one is complete and one has a traditional separation of legs, torso, arms and head. There is some flash on the sides, which is common for plastic figures, but moulds are well aligned and removing it was fairly easy, considering the size of the models.
The fit of the parts is fine and once assembled the poses are very natural, I would not be surprised to know that they have been 3D scanned.
The detail is fine and crisp, specially considering these are 1/72 figures with an average size of less than 2,5cm.
A nice detail is that the hands holding the weapons have been moulded closed, so removing the pistol grip of the guns or RPG's allow a much more realistic hold.
The weapons are equally good, with thin parts like the gun barrels neatly reproduced.
Conclusion
A useful set for Middle East scenes in 1/72 scale, with enough figures for several dioramas. Although only five models are included, it is possible to add some variation using different weapons.
