The VBC-90 (Véhicule Blindé de Combat de 90 mm) is a French six-wheel drive light armoured vehicle. It was designed by Renault Véhicules Industriels on its own funds in the late 1970s based on the VAB from which it took many of its components (engine, gearbox, suspensions and tyres). It is equipped with the TS 90 light turret designed by the GIAT. 28 VBC-90G (G for Gendarmerie) were used by the mobile gendarmerie between 1981 and the early 2000s, their purpose was to replace the ageing AMX-13s in internal security missions. The GBGM will receive 32 examples which will serve from 1983 to 2004. The GIAT TS 90 turret is equipped with a 90mm F4 cannon supplied with 27 shells, and a 7.62mm coaxial machine gun supplied with 1000 cartridges. This turret equipped with numerous optics (shooting scope, laser rangefinder, etc.) quite advanced for the time, was also adopted for the Panhard ERC 90 Sagaie.
Gaso.Line model has been designed to appeal to military vehicle enthusiasts, collectors, and modelers looking for an accurate and detailed kit.
The machined aluminum gun perfectly reproduces the 90 mm F4 barrel, for unmatched visual and structural realism. The grilles and other small fragile parts are made of photo-etched brass, a technical choice that guarantees finesse and strength.
The plastic and rubber wheels, based on manufacturer 3D files, feature remarkably accurate tire treads. To complete the set, a sheet of high-quality decals is included, adding the finishing touch of realism to your model.
The EGAME (Engin du Génie d'Aménagement) is a multi-purpose all-terrain vehicle for the armed forces, designed for deployment missions such as earthmoving, snow clearance and urban clearance.
The vehicle has 4-wheel drive and steering, powered by a 253hp CATERPILLAR diesel engine, mounted on a high-strength steel chassis.
The cab offers different protection configurations, with removable armour and optimum visibility.
The machine can be fitted with a variety of tools, including a snow plough, a snow blower and a matting system to improve trafficability during unloading.
Its robust 3m-wide blade and winch make it easy to clear snow and barricades.
This kit combines traditional resin parts with 3D-printed elements, a mix of materials selected to offer a high-quality, solid, and realistic assembly. Certain particularly fine details are made from photo-etched metal to ensure both precision and durability.
The box also includes black resin wheels, which are practical for simplifying painting, as well as a flexible rubber wire for those who want to take realism even further.
