About Jim Starkweather (staff_Jim)
FROM: NEW HAMPSHIRE, UNITED STATES

I started building models in 1971 when I was 6. My first model was a 1/32 P-40 Warhawk. Revell I believe. From there I moved onto the standard cars, Apollo spacecraft, and other kid orientated kits. I don't know what got me started on Armor. I must have seen a Monogram tank kit one day and said "Mom...

This is really a fantastic looking kit. Too bad it has some of the dimensional errors pointed out in other posts. The anti-skid is especially well done. I am not a subject matter expert, but I think the welds look quite nice too. Looks like it will build into a fine replica for those who want a detailed build out of the box. Regards, Eric

Haha, they misspelled NATO on the decals. "7.62MM MATO"

Hey Jim, received the review sample kit yesterday and went through for a quick inspection. BAD NEWS SIR, the whole sprue "J" is missing. I went back and checked your pictures and video to see if maybe you just left it out of the box, but no, it came to you missing it. I sent you an email about this. In the mean time, I can get started on it but I will come to a stand still soon.

Pete, I recently made a Bonco kit which appeared to have a sprue missing, but the missing sprue was there as part of a larger one. Look round the edge for the letters.

David no chance with that here. Sheet J is a large sheet in and of itself it includes much of the Tusk II tiles and other Tusk shielding. Ps have started building my kit as M1A1 TUSK, will post some pics later
