DML Panther Ausf G

  • move
Dominic Miele shares a number of photographs of his Dragon Panther Ausf G, built out of the box using the non magic individual links. Dominic painted it in Tamiya acrylics and was weathered using oil washes, as he feels that he cannot not get the hang of pigments.

I think you will have to agree that Dominic has still produced a first class model.

Thank you everyone, I must apologize for the rather poor photographs, they were taken with my cell phone and on the smaller screen they looked excellent. Next time I'll go back my regular camera.

What happened to the headlight? Unfortunate accident, or battle damage? Good build!

Biggles, yet another tragic accident during the move, and I didn't even notice it till after posting the pics! I had a tickle and decided to take the pics and post them since I hadn't before, I should have done a more thorough equipment check first!

Again thank you to everyone for the compliments, I'm pretty proud of this one. Too bad it's been banged up a little bit.

Thanks bamf, I do enjoy the opportunity to filthy up a beast. German tanks lend themselves to this especially well, I think it's the whole "lost cause" aura, you expect that vehicles nearing the apocalypse will be beaten and bruised. I think Allied modelers miss out or don't take advantage of this opportunity
