About Maximilian Froemter (Maxiplus)
FROM: WIEN, AUSTRIA

Hi, I´m Max from Bavaria/Germany. Currently I´m living in Vienna and working as a digital artist for a computer game company. I recently discovered modeling again after a break of more than 10 years because I got tired of working on the computer all the time. I mainly build 1:35 vehicles and figures...

Comments

your model has really inspired me to take a very good care in my weathering. Yours is just so precise - what makes the result model look brilliant.

Excellent work. One question. The green camouflage is free hand or it was masked? spit

Thank you for your comments! This Kit was recently re-released from Italeri and already has the correct roadwheels. The biggest drawback are still the horrendous vinyl-tracks, I replaced them with Friuls. Other than that I only added some minor details and corrections like PE tool clamps and thread plates. The model was base-painted with Revell Aqua Colors, the camo-pattern was applied free hand with Revell Enamels (those can be sprayed finer without clogging the airbrush). In order to achieve harder edges on the pattern I carefully oversprayed it with the base color. Currently I´m working on a small diorama featuring this vehicle - I´m hoping to finish it until Saturday so I can display it on the Exhibition in Bratislava this weekend. I´m gonna update this thread with new pictures as soon as possible.
