M29C Weasel The small tracked vehicle was manufactured by Studebaker, designed for operations in snow. Originally designated T24, Carrier, light cargo, it was renamed the M-29. The smallest US tracked vehicle of WW2, this little vehicle, originally was not amphibious, but later additions of floatation chambers fore and aft and simple pulley rudder system lead to the new designation of M29c.
