Here are some info that might help re: resin and stuff.
I've been resin casting 1:35 parts for armor and figures for quite sometime. Was able to produce Waffen SS helmets w/ liners, clear googles, rpgs, etc. usign a mixture of plaster of paris and r10-60 resin w/ a two piece silicone rtv mold.
1.RTV Rubber mould + Catalyst (RTV580 or RTV520)
2. R10-60 Resin
4. Clear plastic cups (supermarket)
5. Mixing sticks (coffee stirr)
6. Filler (plaster of paris, pinatubo ash, calcumine)

Sir you said a mixture of plaster of paris and r10-60. This mixture will be your casting resin, is that right? I'm planning on recasting 3.75 and 6" toy heads, is r10-60 the resin I have to use to have that plastic figure?
I've been reading and watching tutorials for casting and molding. The only problem now for me is to where and what specifically resin type i have to use.
I've checked the website of polymer products, and there a list of types of resin. one of them is r10-60.
Btw, this is only for hobby customizing purposes. not planning on selling them.
