I am working on RyeField Sturmtiger and I notice in the instructions sometimes individual parts are colored in blue...what does it mean when they color parts blue

Blue fields over some parts on the sprue images, the parts charts, usually means parts that aer not supposed to be used. Dragon does this a LOT and other manufacturer have copied this.

When it is done in the assembly diagrams it means something else:
I checked the instructions online and parts coloured blue in the assembly diagrams show the parts when assembled in their correct position. It is simply a highlighting of the part to make it easy to see.
