Yes, the thought is good. Many components of the 537 are the same in the 543. You can only try it. But I have not seen this tractor in our original form. Would not have been synonymous with our road conditions einsetztbarbar. It was with the MAZ-537 very difficult to navigate the intersection areas.

With the brake lines, I can only recommend you do it. It upgrades the model very much. It gives the model a realistic picture.

Yes, the brake lines add a lot.

I must include them!

Thanks to all who wrote. Construction on the model continued and today I want to show you the latest photos of the model. The building is slowly closing and I still miss the coolers and the fans, apart from the little things. Here are the pictures, a lot will not be perfect.

It continues with the installation of the radiator. The radiator drives are the next phase of construction. Here is the current building status.

The model has been completed. The trailer is still missing, because it still does not exist to buy. It was a very interesting building for me and gave me much pleasure. It corresponds to a replica of the original, as it was seen in Dresden at the troop trigger. I'll put a picture of it. But here are the pictures of the model.

Are you planning on weathering that engine bay or leaving it that "just out of the factory" bright blue?

Also what is going on with those tires, they look almost semi-transparent (almost like black silicon) but that could just be how the camera flash is reacting with that rubber compound???? At the same time the tires on the trailer look much more as we would expect tires to look.

Everything stays as it is now, nothing is changed. It continues with the construction, if I have the new trailer with three axles, which is the right one for this tractor.

The MAZ-537 project will go further, today received the kit with the new three-axle trailer. It is a very good kit, as far as the trailer is concerned. the axle suspension is excellently shown in the kit. The wheels are the original. Is not comparable with the previous trailer. We will see what kind of model arises. Here is a picture of the kit.

Construction on the transporter for tanks continues. I started with the trailer. he is very well built and is many times better than the previous model. But is also more complicated to build. I'm curious what will happen in the end. Here are photos of the course of construction.

The construction on the trailer went on and is nearing the end. It will continue with the color scheme. The fit of the parts is excellent, it's fun to build this model. Here are the images.

Today the comparison, old and new low loader. you can clearly see that the new low loader is much shorter than the old version. This naturally resulted in better maneuverability when driving through intersections. Show again in the pictures how the axle suspension on the old variant was converted. Trumpeter misrepresented this stage of construction. If necessary, can also show original photos of it. But here are the pictures so that you can compare the two kits.
