Make it hollow, or full of LEGO’s for integrity. The load under that tarp is all legos with some junk on top to break it up

Two full pallets sounds like two big boxes with a repeating pattern of smaller rectangles on every side?

In 1/35th scale the divisions between boxes should be possible to represent as a dark line, possibly pressed down by scribing.
I could be wrong but that would be my first attempt before cutting and gluing individual carton-sides to a larger box with narrow joints and black in the joints.

No, 1/35 Tamiya, load and front tarp scratch built, can’t remember who’s wheels and .50 cal, been a long time

I usually print them in the thinest paper I can get... Then warp the arround balsa wood squares. If I want to have the dented, balsa wood allows for it and simplies the process of putting them together.

A friend of mine is REALLY into 3D printing and I have a few of the things he has printed scattered on my desk. He has designed and printed his own quad copters by the dozen but aside from that I really don't see a reason to print stuff at home. But it's his hobby and I can't make fun of it considering how much plastic I use in my hobby. And I must admit that I'm tempted to order some printed parts for the Zvezda Star Destroyer.
