BTW, I moved to Georgia to get away from the NY/NJ area. Not my preferred choice since being a native Floridian I was born hating Georgia and all it stands for, but my wife's relatives lined her up a sweet job at a high school near Atlanta AND offered to sell us their house at bottom dollar. Hard to say no when you live in a pre-war building with a rent higher than most mortgages. I am the only humor in Georgia, unless you think Steve Harvey is funny.

Ah, so I'm guessing you're south of Orlando? I am actually a Panhandle cracker myself, so we don't get as many of the Tri State retirees.
