With the AFV club T-34, MiniArt T-34 based TDs, and the Hobby Boss 1-48 full interior T-34 this is a brave step indeed... I wonder what the level of detail will be.

Good to see Italeri doing an all-new kit. Their last one, the Iveco Lince, was very nice and I could be tempted by this one too, despite there being no shortage of T-34s.

2018 year has been devoted to Panther tank.
2019 will be probably devoted to T-34. I suppose that TAMIYA shall release nice T-34 model.

This is very interesting, to say the least. New armour from Italeri AND with interior? Can't wait to see how this turns out

Interesting, I wonder what they mean about the tracks, and if they do a clear hull, put a normal one in the box.

Looks nice, and it is great to see Italeri finally offering a truly new release AND with an interior to boot! I will be looking forward to the build review on this one if only to see how the interior detail came out and how it compares with the others currently available.

This seems to be the age of interiors. I'm not a fan of the T-34, but I do find that I am of interiors. I'll wait for a review, before deciding whether or not to purchase one.

Looks like they are intending to do the Factory 183 Model 1944 version, without the small rectangular bulge in the left front of the turret side as seen on 1945 tanks, and with the slightly rearward position for the commander's cupola, which features the two=part hatch. However, it should probably have the rounded front fenders, in that case.

Yes, the are probably going for the Factory 183 with its signature flat side turret. However, it is very clear in a provided picture that there is a bulge under the commander hatch, which was effectively introduced with the rectangular bulge. Some T-34/85 do have the rectangular bulge without the commander hatch bulge, so this case is quite weird. Also, an other signature design of the Factory turret is the reinforcing vertical lines on the base of the turret, cover from the side to the back of the turret, which, again, is not on the photo provided.

I have the AFV T-34/85 183 model, even though they messed it up by labeling the 1945 version as 1944, I'm still happy its accuracy.
