I just purchased the new Dragon kit 9157 of the 60cm Morser "Karl" Gerat 040, and am having issues with the build

As if the world needed another kit of this subject! I bougbht it because I'm living in a rental for a few months, and don't have my usual build space.

The instructions are poor, and have mistakes. For example, parts G6 and G5 are backwards. E20 and E21 are reversed from the sides where they belong.

There are supposed to be two of part A19 on the single sprue A. However, one of them was only half formed, and isn't usable.

The instructions call for three parts E5, but there are only two. The illustration of sprue E shows three. There is a part tagged E42 where the third E5 is shown. There are three parts E45 on the sprue, that aren't shown in the illustration, and I can't find them, used. These look like they would fit where E5 is supposed to go, but look nothing like E5.

How does one contact Dragon about such things?

You could try dragonusaonline.com

That's their U.S. store, so hopefully they can help.

Hello. I recently bought this item on eBay but there was no instructions in the box. Would you be so kind as to send me a copy? Thanks.

That really covers it.

The images of the instructions, on my monitor anyway, are as big as the real thing.

But, I would still be happy to send you the instructions if you like. See message from me.

Look up the kit on Scalemates. They often have PDF files of the instruction sheet. This is the Dragon boxing. (Kit # you gave is Cyberhobby) Same church, different pew. Can print this out full size. https://www.scalemates.com/products/img/0/2/0/108020-75-instructions.pdf As for customer service for parts .... they used to be great. Now .... sent a request for a replacement part for a Panzer III (anybody happen to have a spare turret storage bin for a Pzkw III N kicking about? )about 8 months ago. Still waiting for a reply.
