Nice start Dmytro, I have been waiting and hoping that Miniart would release a T-55, now finally, the wait is over.

MiniArt has included the drivers instrument panel and the hull machine gun, absent in the T-54 series. It just keeps getting better.

Still I miss the "guitar",the gearbox with the main clutch ,both planetary mechanisms, the fan,the radiators...These would complete the engine compartment, which is now half full, half empty.
Otherwise-I have a new top-of-the-wishlist kit.

Wow, that interior is the stuff that lets the heart beat higher! Can't help thinking that it's time for retirement for the good old Tamiya kit...

Looking good.
How is the plastic, soft hard in between?

I have built a few MiniArt buildings but no kits as of yet.

Cheers

I would say that it is medium to hard but definitely not brittle.
Plastic hardness tested on sprues from Miniart 35225 (D7 dozer):
I could bend a short section of sprue frame in a 90 degree angle without breakage, after a few minutes it had flexed back to 45 degrees. Taking off the flash on the sprue with a needle file was easy and resulted in a smooth surface.
Cutting with a knife/scalpel could cut too deep.

That looks like a fantastic kit Dmytro, even the headlight guards are done very delicately. I'll have to leave the comments about the accuracy of the kit to someone who has more knowledge about the details of the T-55, but I'll be getting a couple for sure! I hope Miniart has plans to do many of the variants based on the T-55, maybe even the Slovenian M-55

Looking forward to the painting process, what color scheme will you be using?

Another amazing kit from Minimart! Hats off to a company that details the underside of the seats in the turret! I feel sympathetic to the loader, he seems to have precious little space to pop those 100 mm shells into the breech?
