And a winter coat, gloves and hat, at least. She wouldn't survive very long in the harsh winter conditions of '44/'45. In fact, all figures are wearing summer clothes and are entirely underdressed.

Not to be too critical (and you,yourself, admitted the weathering was a little overdone), the weathering and chipping is well done, but a bit much for a tank that was factory-fresh just a month before. Added to that, the spring or early summer clothing of the civilian figures, a better setting could have been a warmer season post-war, with a rusting relic being visited by locals and some occupying US forces.
