Marcos, this is a very clean build. I like the scheme and wish it was applied to operational vehicles. You did very well with it. I have a question about one if the turret hatches. In the final photo of the real tank the hatch opens to the rear but on the model it opens forward. There doesn't seem to be a reason for it to rotate because there isn't an MG mount for the person to use. Do you have any insight about this hatch and how it should open? I love the modern Russian MBTs and want to build a few one day.

Regards,

Eric

Thank you Walter and Erik. And Erik, the model is probably a 2012 model, and the one depicted in the picture is a much more recent model (2015 or 2016?) Where the vehicle has undergone some modifications. I am no expert, but maybe someone with more expertise can comment.

Great job Marcos! Like everyone else has said it is a clean build and you also did a great job on the figures.

The hatch opens to the rear in mod 2013-2016. In mod 2011-2012 hatch opnes forward. Marcos did a liitle s-f tank, because Trumpeter's kit allows to build this tank in 2011-2012 mod only. The cammo patern on Marcos's model it is a 2013-2016 mod.

Russian Arms Expo 2013 T-90MS, urban warfare T-72, T-72S, T-90 and BREM-1M tanks

T-90MS tank during a live demonstration at IDEX 2013:

I am not sure that the T-90MS mod.2012 was ever painted in that pattern, but I still think it looks so cool! So for the dieHards, sorry. Just take it as a "what if".

Btw, how is your T-90 comming along Grzegorz. You haven't posted anything lately. I want to see what the Tiger Model ends up like. I am thinking of getting their Leopard 2 Revolution I tank.

Looks great! Can it be shared?
As for the painting scheme: it always be the same tank with different camo in different year. those only things changed is the lights, the RWCS, the camo. the Air conditioner and the side armor block.the era block position above the driver hatch. Anyway, it wont be a problem which camouflage you want to paint....make it as a joy.

Congratulations!!! I'll use your vallejo's color reference to paint my BMP-T. Do you liked the kit? The tracks are easy to assemble?
Cheers

Thank you ET, Alex, and Andre. Alex, yes it can be shared. Andre, the tracks are fairly easy to assemble. Good luck with your BMP-T.
