It looks, the conversion uses the upper hull unchanged. The non slip pattern layout is found on later built vehicles(don´t know from which batch onwards).
Therefore you have to check your references which vehicle you are going to depict, or you have to change the pattern.

Ps273-37 has the late pattern, all other vehicles I have seen yet, show the early pattern.

If the mentioned Ps273-37 has the later anti-skid layout would you know if the plate on front hull top is still bolted or already welded on this particular vehicle ?
Is the Finish anti-skid pattern represented on the turret roof ?
Kit looks promising .... love to do the camo on this one
