Cold, rainy days like today definitely discourage me from doing much outside and it got me to thinking that many of us don't put as much effort into staying fit as we should. Consequently, I have started to compile a modeler's guide to yoga, starting with the below beginner-level poses. Remember: always stretch thoroughly before attempting to lift a paint brush or pair of tweezers!

Carpet Monster I:

Monkey God Ascends Stash Mountain:

Guard Dog:

Carpet monster II:

Spraying Mantis:

This guide might not help you stay fit, but will promote a healthy (if utterly fallacious) sense of well-being by rationalizing that bench time is fitness time! In the next volume we introduce more advanced poses, such as Shipment from Mig and Neglected Spouse.

Please feel free to contribute your own yoga poses for modelers!
