I have been trying to figure out how to upload a photo or two into a forum. However, I am unable to figure it out. I love this site but the profile management has to be the most counterintuitive thing I have come across the web in a while. I am also trying to change my profile picture but I cannot figure that out either.

Any help would be appreciated. Perhaps there is a help section on this site that somebody could point me to?

Thanks!

Go to the forums section and look for uploading photos. You have to have a Kitmaker album, or Photobucket account and upload photos there, then link them to your forum post. I would recommend Photobucket because I have had numerous headaches trying to get stuff to link from Kitmaker. And I agree that it is a pain in the behind on this site to do something so simple.

I'd also like to upload a photo from my computer to visualize a recent post of mine. Don't understand why it's so complicated--I belong to a couple aviation forums and I just click [upload] and it's done.

Is there no recourse to have the process drastically simplified?

Something so easy should be--easy!

Yea I have to agree, this should be a lot easier to.It kinda burst peoples bubbles when they want to show off what they have done, only to make sure you do this then click here but drag this to here spin left now down jump on your left foot 2 times on a Monday, well I think you get the picture. How do we change it?If I want to add a picture to my face book account it takes me all of 5 seconds. Please come up with a better solution. Thanks a not so confident computer person.

I e to say that I don't understand why now, with all the image storage sites online and with so many sites accepting photos uploaded directly from you computer, that we have to either use the site here (which I have often found to be a little wonky) or open a PhotoBucket account. Photobucket was state of the art around ten years ago but it isn't anymore.
