I served on an SSN for 4 years. Several paint schemes. Sail sides DARK gray with top of sail black and hull black. Black all over. Sometimes the red was from midline of hull down and sometimes from the waterline down. Nose cone sometimes all black and sometimes the red was carried through the nose cone. Any good anti-fouling red.

Insignia would probably work. Google "Hull Red Paint" or "Anti-fowling Red" Someone jump in here!
