Well, I am not going to make it guys. I had a severe infection this week and was almost hospitalized over it. Anyway, starting to get better but could not really tilt my head forward.

Thanks John for the extension and I do hope others capitalized over it. This was a fun Campaign!

Thanks John, will do!

I am working on that IS-3M right now but still much too late for today. To do I have the auxiliary tanks (6 of them) a few details for the upper hull, then the turret.

Prime and paint plus the markings?!! I'll finish it but not in time. If it wasn't such a huge interest of mine it would be shelved until later, but this and the KV-122 must be built.

Thx to John for extension but I still couldn't make it. Have to say my working hours last week shoot down my attempt beside all family duties, didn't help me at all. Goddang I'm sooo frustrated!!! My KV-2 is missing matt finish and weathering plus to make me feel more annoying, I realised, I had made other towing cable 2 millimeters too short.. So, I have to make some corrections on that issue too. So that close I got, now I move my kit into "Unfinished business" campaign.

Does anyone else need more time or is it just Kimmo and I?

How unprecedented would it be for another extension? I'm still working on mine and full speed too.

I will award the ribbons later on today.
Kimmo & Jeff, if you guys can make it until, let's say next Saturday, I'll save ribbons.

Is this ok ?

Or I can just extend it for a few more days too...

Let me know if that's ok for everyone.

That's more than fair John and I thank you. If it's not finished by then, then I'll be happy with that.

ok, that's settled then.

We had 55 members joining this one.
21 ribbons sent.

Congrats to all those that finished and showed us their builds !

I will wait for Jeff & Kimmo and leave the thread open for them to post their finished work, so there's still 2 pending awards.

Thanks to everyone for their work and patience.

Oh yeah... tomorrow I have to cut the grass in the backyard and install another garage door opener. Ours took a puke last week, but it was 16 years old. I installed it the day we moved in our newly built home.

But at least I have all the auxiliary tanks build and sanded PLUS the brackets attached too. More tonight and a few pics too?

16 yrs... not bad.
You'll make it to the deadline, no problem. A few pics would be nice
Pics of your tank not the garage opener

If I have EVER had one thing in modeling that gives me the biggest headache it's these auxiliary tanks on Russian vehicles.

First, these fit way too high and were easily adjusted but getting them to fit flush with the tank sitting next to it is something else.

They should also give a little bit more material to fit inside the hull for maximum adhesion. Always had trouble with these.

Ladies & gents!! Ta-Daaa! It's 15 minutes past 23 at the evening here in Finland and she is doone! Assembly and painting finished but there was no time left for proper weathering and I didn't want to do it in hurry and get sloppy result.. Only tracks got some pigments. I'll finish weathering during next days but today I'll rest after this. It got so hectic today, when I was running against the clock..
So, there we go:

And maybe I should take better pics later on. Thx for John for atmost generosity with extensions and hopefully our original campaign leader Creg is doing fine.
Congrats to all those, who finished in time.
