I think if we put our figure wishes for 2013 in this thread, it can be seen by manufacturers to make our dreams real.
Personally, my wish is to see Warhammer 40k space marine figures in 1/35 or larger scales...more Vietnam infantry figures and more Afghanistan figures from different nations other than US special forces.
best regards

Good topic!
First of all I need time to paint what I already have...
Concerning figures I'd really like to see some nice 54mm figures from Song of Ice and Fire.

My 9 year old son, has been playing hockey for the past 17 months, so a hockey player figure 54-120mm would be very welcome.

Beeing a car modeler I would love to see 1/24-25 scale figures. There are a few out there, but not very exciting and not of particularly good quality.

I would love seeing non-US modern figures in 1/35 scale... we do have some Brits and Germans, but no Aussies, Czechs, Italians. Hey, why not even figures of Croatian ISAF contingent...

In Fantasy, sci-fi, or other non-historical figure modeling I nominate:

Gotta get back
Back to the past
Samurai Jack
!

A Samurai Jack figure would be my foray into large scale.

I too would like to see 1/35 and 1/24 non-military.

I would like to see some 120mm and 1/35 Sci-fi armored troopers in ultra-futuristic suit armor, NOT Mak, DUST, or WW2 retro and carrying unique guns similar to video games XCOM, HALO, DUES EX, and MASS EFFECT.

Also, 120mm and 1/35 Arctic soldiers in white snowsuits and hoods, S.W.A.T., F.B.I., C.I.A., and D.E.A. agents would be nice.

Rider for MMK's ATV when it releases.

More modern missile and heavy weapons gunners...TOW, Javelin, Stinger, M2HB, MK-19, SA-18, M240, 14.5mm DSHK, SA-80, etc. The weapons are already made, but they lack the figures to operate them.

Some fantasy knights and character players similar to Diablo 3 would be nice also.

More Ethnic militias would be great...African, South American, Asian...would be nice to convert these figures to Wildlife Patrol officers or armed security forces for the U.N. or Relief Agencies.

More 1/35 animals...did you know that there are no 1/35 lions, African elephants, rhinos, hippos, tigers, apes, etc.? Would be nice to have animals for Ivory Wars, Safari patrols, and jungle dioramas.

Also, 1/35 MODERN CIVILIANS...FEMALES, MALES, AND CHILDREN would be cool!

OK for my own reason I'd like 1/24 armed civilians western, eastern, African and Asian and normal civilians but better and more interesting than we already have. Oh and weapons

1/35 civilians from all times early 20th century to present day

More 1/32 WWI figures

One more idea just jumped into my head: 54mm musicians playing live.
I'd love to paint Metallica guys or Peter Gabriel with Tony Levin and David Rhodes while playing Sledgehammer

I'd like to see more (modern) Concord Books published. I think Concord could reemerge with good sales if the topics and photos cover hot topics such as Special Forces or MRAPs and armored cars. After all, Concord Books go places and take photos no other books or news magazines go to.
