[quote]Ah, that is brilliant news! Always loved the Challenger A30. Too bad that the SKP offering is not that good, so all we have is the old resin one from Accurate Armour.
I have followed your Cromwell project with great interest, so I am very much looking forward to your next project.
One question for you, surely you are aware of the different, wider, track used by the Challenger. Have you found a solution for this as I read elsewhere on Armorama that the SKP aftermarket tracks are not that good.
The wider tracks also call for a different sprocket, by the way.
Hello,Theo! I think Challenger is very interesting tank, so I try to do my best with it. Indeed SKP model kit is very bad. Owful plastic, low accuracy of the details. I had combined SKP hull with Tamiya's Cromwell parts.
I know about the track and have 3 variants.
1.Try to use kit's clickable track. They are very bad unfortunatelly.
Here are they on their site.http://www.skpmodel.eu/product.php?id_product=81
2.I have bought SKP 147 already. I am waiting it from Moscow. Probably they will be better than kit's one.http://www.skpmodel.eu/product.php?id_product=169
And they have it own drive spocket.
3.To use tracks from Cromwell. Masterclub or Friulmodel.
