Hi all
Its been ages since I last used this great network. Well here it goes:

I am looking for US Vietnam War figures (1/35; 1/32, 54mm).
I know the ones made by Dragon and Tamiya, Verlinden and Bravo 6 but I'm curious to see what Belgo's Vietnam-era figures looked like. I had a few of them years ago (WWII - pretty good I suppose) but I would appreciate any comment, review and/or - even better - PICTURES of them.

I hope any of you guys can help.

I know that this is probably not the first topic of its kind. Any link to earlier discussions on the topic would do.

Thanks

Simon

Hi Simon,

on the site Vince has postet they look better than they are because of "good" painting. I have some of these and they are not better than the Vietnam Figures from Tamyia in my opinion. The old Dragon ones like the Cavalary set or the Recon Marines are much better done. Also Verlinden ones are much better. So donīt waste your money on Belgo Figures. If you donīt want spend too much money then take the Dragon ones. For top Figures in all kind of Detail take the Bravo 6 or Evolution Figures. Also the ones from Jaguar, Coree ( both Companies are now Legend Production) are very good in Detail and cost half of Bravo 6 for example..Between them are only Verlinden ones.

Hope it helps

Stefan

Vince: Thanks for the link. It was very usefull

Stefan: I agree. Bravo-6 are really fantastic, though I havn't got any of them, but I'll certainly try them out as soon as I get the chance.
Jaguar, Coree and Evolution are also very nice. I just have to find an online-store that has them...and some cash.

Thanks for the help guys

Simon
