The Scottish armor manufacturer Accurate Armour has become in the last few years, a byword for the production of innovative products for the armor modeller. The company produces a wide-range of Softskins (trucks), Conversion sets and complete armor kits in principally 1/35 scale. This new release (which will be available in february) will almost certainly be another of those 'mould- breakers' - no pun intended...
Just announced in Accurate Armour's Website is the following:

K129H - Diamond-T 968A 6x6 4Ton Cargo Truck

This resin and white metal kit, covers one of the most ubiquitious trucks in the allied forces during WWII. This kit is the 'Hard Cab' version, the coming months will see the release of K129s which will model the 'soft-top'. Both British and U.S. versions can be built in this kit which (naturally enough) includes a complete decal sheet... Other notable aspects of this model are:

Fully detailed chassis

Engine

Transmission

Winch

Super detailed rear cargo body with moulded canvas cover (Tilt)

Full suspension details

The kit retails at £114.89 (Outside Europe) and £135.00 (within Europe)

Not a kit for the inexperienced modeller it has to be said, but as there is such a dearth of 'plastic' kits of trucks available, not many alternatives spring to mind....

Please remember, when contacting retailers or manufacturers, to mention that you saw their products highlighted here - on ARMORAMA
