Announced only a few days ago on the Hobby Boss Website, the company have just sent us a large batch of images of what is undoubtedly one of 2010's most spectacular models.
85501 - 152mm ShkH DANA vz.77

This is the FIRST styrene model of this enormous Czech SP Gun. Initial details of the model are as follows

602 parts (including 54 PE parts)

Vinyl wheels

Length - 352.6mm (over 15")

Width - 103mm

I have to admit i thought the same , then thought about it and remembered what this beast was.. I would like one just not sure i have anywhere to put something that big?

I was in the same boat with you guys, expecting another WWII German panzerthingamajig. Glad I looked as this is an awesome surprise! Regarding those who would want to go the sci-fi route, an STRV-103 would make an excellent companion to this kit.

Cant wait for this one to get released. I agree with the above post's the Panzershop version is just way to expensive. Hope there is plans for HB to do more eastern European Armor.
