Tasca have just published, via their Website, Images of their M4A3(76)W.
Details published of the features of this new model are:

Most of the model and equipment parts are new.
Has an enlarged Drivers Hatch and a simple front armor plate common to the late type M4A3.
Parts of the Drivers Hatch hinge are separate from the body, so as not to constrain the reproduction of the shape of the gradient.
Rear luggage rack and exhaust deflector can reproduce both the standard and expanded storage.
Reproduction of early 76mm type turret with a cupola and complex turret shape
By using a complex mold slide the pistol port on the 76mm gun turret has been faithfully reproduced.
Has two types of 76mm gun barrel.
The Cupola`s vision block includes accurately reproduced transparent parts.
Etched parts for periscope guard and light guard.
Includes M2 machine gun on the turret, and U.S. Jerry cans.
Three types of U.S. military Markings provided for northwest Europe 1944-1945
.

Now, one of things i've always admired about Tasca is the fact they're always prepared to publish ACTUAL images of their models.

Once again, (shouting in the darkness), other companies take note...

In my crystal ball I see a lot of Italeri kits going cheap on ebay when this one gets out there! Finally, a 76mm late hull kit that won't need major surgery to make the parts fit... Tom
