Coming soon from AMMO by Mig Jimenez is a kit on the T-54B, its first plastic model offering in braille scale.
T-54B Mid Production (AMIG8502)

From the manufacturer: The AMMO by Mig Jimenez T-54B kit offers the modeler a unique experience as it is a simple kit to build, while featuring a high level of detail rarely seen before in models of this scale. The fenders, fuel tanks, and stowage boxes are detailed on all sides, the wheels and tracks provide fine surface details entirely to scale. The details of hatches, panels, and turret have been reproduced faithfully and accurately to this fine scale and without oversizing. An ingenious plastic guide makes accurate assembly of the tracks sections simple and features accurate sag for added realism. The small side lights, rear fuel drums, and the DShK are also finely reproduced, making this kit a one of a kind. The kit also includes a small fret of P.E. for some small details.

The decorations included in this kit faithfully reproduce a variety of attractive options for a T54 used in combat in Vietnam, Syria and Egypt. Due to the prolific service history of this vehicle, the colour schemes and camouflage markings are limited only by the preferences of each modeler and their imagination.

The kit is currently offered at a special pre-order price until the end of April 2019. Its estimated availability is by early May 2019.

Preordered! Looks great. And it'll look even better on the back of Takom's forthcoming MAZ.

any idea who the manufacturer is?

I'm pretty sure it is Takom. Ammo/Mig has a distribution deal with Takom, his King Tiger kit was by them, they already released a T-54B in 1/35 scale, and they've fairly recently moved into 1/72 scale kits.

Did you order the T shirt too? Sort of cheesy, but I kind of love that a 1/72 tank kit gets a fan T shirt... Like it's a band on tour. Not bad design too.
