While I too have purchased from them prior to their move to PA, a more recent experience with them earlier this year was a total nightmare....though I did eventually get my stuff. A recent Armorama Thread on Internet Hobbies Better Business Bureau Sorry to verge off topic but I thought this was important. I do have to say, that crane is awesome!
