Trumpeter has shared images of their new Sd.Kfz.7/3 Feuerleitpanzer, a vehicle that was used to control the V-2 rockets.
The Sd.Kfz. 7, a 8 ton halftrack, was primary intended for towing guns and transporting their crew. However, it also had several specific variants.
One of the was the Feuerleitpanzer, with an armoured room for control and observation of the V-2 launches.

The model features a full interior for the control room and a detailed exterior, with doors that can be shown open or closed.

In one pic it almost looked like the plastic was burnt, but the other pics showed something fuzzy on it. In another post, they show a prime mover with a piece of PE that fell over and some short brown hairs caught on a bit of rail. Those guys need to slow it down a bit.

Another German halftrack???? HOT DOG! Yes, please do the entire launch group of vehicles. Also anything that gets us a 4x4 Opel Blitz is alright with me! I've waited for that one even longer than I've waited for a new Bergepanther.

There are plenty of good resin wheels on the AM for those who don't want vinyl.

Meaning no offense but I think all three model offerings are based on the original Sd. Kfz 7/3 and therefore it is no accident that all the models are very similar in detailing and execution.
