MiniArt continues to release running gear variants of the T-34, and next in line is a set for the 1943-44 series.
Kit in process at MiniArt is the T-34 Wheels Set 1943-44 Series (35242). It contains 40 plastic parts to build a complete wheel set for one vehicle.

No one has yet answered my question whether these wheels will improve the Dragon T-34 kits or not?

Because no one has told me that the Dragon wheels need replacement. These look fine, but are they necessary?

may be a burn out t-34 wheel.that could save time grinding the wheel.

The Dragon wheels are perfect as they are. The Miniart wheels can be used on later T-34s etc, if you wanted a different style or look of wheel.

I thought of asking MiniArt whether their wheel sets will work with other manufacturer kits, like Dragon. Reply was yes, and they sent pictures as well:
