DEF Model announced their 1/35 scale MaxxPro Plus conversion a long, long time ago. Recently the company started working on the conversion again, showing photos of the process on their facebook page.
DM35040 - MRAP M-Pro Plus / w Armor Conversion kit

The conversion is designed for Kinetic 1/35 scale MRAP kit, and is obviously aimed at more experienced modelers.

The premiere of the set will be this weekend at the Shizuoka Hobby Show, with the full release scheduled for June 2016.

TAKE MY MONEY!!!! This conversion kit has an especially fond place in my heart, as this is the version of Maxx Pro + that I ran in in Iraq in 2009. I cant WAIT to build my old steed!

Thankfully I have Bravo18's excellent walk around on this vehicle, thank you Def & Rob for delivering! As for selling out, given the expected expense of this conversion on top of the kit price, there won't be too many takers... I think availability will be more the difficulty. Kylie
