Decal specialists New Penguin from Russia have introduced themselves to us at Armorama. They have just published their new illustrated catalogue for 2016.

New Penguin have mostly produced decals for 1/72 armour, but do also create and sell decals in 1/35 and 1/100 scales. Their full range can be browsed on their website, which includes English language pages, or viewed by downloading the PDF catalogue from their website. Subjects covered are mostly Russian, both WW2 and modern era, as well as WW1 tanks.
