Hot on the heels of their Tiger I release, newcomer Rye Field Model has announced their next upcoming kits. Another Tiger I Early with full interior and a kit upgrade set of workable individual track links in plastic for the Tiger I (early production).
The full interior photos look extensive in terms of both crew compartment detail and engine compartment mechanical parts. Rye Field feels they have addressed some of the complaints of their first release and have sought experts on the Tiger to give these products more accuracy and realism. It certainly looks from these CAD drawings that this will be an interesting addition to the limited number of full-interior Tiger models currently available on the market.

It's gonna be a death cage match, no time limit. Loser gets out of the Tiger racket.

Excellent! Now I can get rid of my Academy interior-Tiger!

Waste not, want not. You could always use good ole Academy 1348 to depict a completely demolished Tiger. Plenty o'styrene innards to spread around the diorama to make it look good.

Headhunter: not yet. I want to get my hands on the real deal, in the plastic -- so to speak :-)

I like Tiger Is up to a point... At heart, I'm a dedicated US/Allied fan. I certainly hope that RYE FIELD isn't going to become one of those companies that devotes themselves strictly to WWII German subjects, specifically Tiger Is. There ARE other subjects out there that need to be addressed...

I totally agree; a full-interior Sherman is long overdue here!

Rye field would swallow all the Dragon tiger kits from initial model to lateset model.

I have not bought Rye's tiger kit yet. But I should get this one.

I too would to love to see a M4 or Panzer3/4 with full interior detail like AFV club did with their T34.
