Looks like the vehicle that was brought in to assist with recovery of a Stalinets tractor from a swamp in a recent posting on the English Russia website. There's a picture of it on a tank transporter and unloaded. Unfortunately, it sank while trying to pull the tractor out and had to be itself recovered; the tractor was pulled out by hand.
