Frequently, I have covered, with particular enthusiasm, Osprey Publishing's, superb Armor Modeling series, both here in the news sections and in reviews. Osprey have now announced two new books in this series which should cause considerable interest...
Osprey Modelling # 17, Modelling the Panzer IV in 1/72 scale. Written by Alex Clark

This is Osprey's first foray into 'braille-scale' some of the other books in this series have one or two 1/72nd projects as part of the book, however, it is rare to see a book entirely dedicated to this scale..

The format, is the same as the previous books in the series. The content of the book (albeit provisionally) is as follows:

# Introduction

# Tools and materials

# Panzer IV Ausf. H in winter camouflage

# Modelling the Jagdpanzer IV

# A late version Sturmpanzer IV

# Kitbashing a final version Sturmgeschütz IV

# Flakpanzer IV Wirbelwind

# Gallery

# References and websites

# Museums and collections

# Kits and accessories

# Index

# Colour reference chart

# Museums and collections

# Kits available

# Index

The next title, is more 'conventional' covering all the projects in 1/35th scale. Three projects are included in the book:

Modelling the Marder Self-Propelled Gun (Osprey Modelling 18) Written by Samuel Dwyer

The contents (once again, provisional)
